Meet Mehrnaz Heydari, our Administrative Assistant – Operations Support. Mehrnaz has been an integral part of the Pioneer team since May 2023, providing operational and administrative support across different areas of the company.In her role, Mehrnaz supports internal processes, coordinates information and documentation, assists with operational follow-ups and reporting, and helps keep day-to-day tasks and processes organized and on track. She also supports the preparation and organization of business-related documents and information to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Outside of work, Mehrnaz has a creative side. She enjoys sewing and customizing her clothes, adding her own personal style to what she wears.Mehrnaz believes in spreading positivity with her favourite mantra: “Be the reason someone smiles today.” She also loves wearing different colours and doesn’t have just one favourite.
With her attention to detail, organizational skills, and positive attitude, Mehrnaz is a valued member of the Pioneer team.
